上棟して数日約10日経ちました。
梅雨時期なので、雨で工期が遅れるだろうと思っていましたが、今のところ大きな遅れはありません。

建築中の現場を見に行くと、透湿・防水シートが貼られていました！
「家が大きくて、普通の戸建て分じゃ足りなかった…（笑）」と、
わざわざ会社に、追加分を取りに戻られたそうです^^;

今日見に行くと、サイディングが貼られている途中でした！
主人がシックな雰囲気が好きなので、この色を選んだのですが、
実際見てみると、光の加減で茶色っぽくも見えて、ボソッと一言「黒じゃなくない…？」と言っていました（笑）
主人が自分で選んだ色なので文句はないようですが、思っていた色とは違ったようです；
ただ、家が総2階なので、黒すぎるのも圧迫感があってどうなのかな…と思っていたので、私はこの色が気に入っています♪
実際に我が家が選んだ壁紙はこちらです。
玄関の扉周りは、5万追加のオプションでしたが、主人の希望でこちらになりました。
いまだに、「木目の方が良かったかな～」と言っていますが、もう遅い。（笑）

我が家のイメージはこんな感じです♪
延床面積が44坪あるので、大きめにはなっていますが、ローコスト住宅の業者で建てたので、思っていたよりも安く抑えられたかなと思います。（それでも高い買い物ですが…^^;）
外観はその家のイメージを大きく変えるものです。
ナチュラル、モダン、リゾート、シックなど、家の雰囲気は様々。
サイディングを選ぶときは、実際にそのサイディングで建てた人のブログやインスタなどを見て選ぶと失敗がないと思います。
私たちもブログやインスタで画像をよく見ていたんですけどね～^^;
